Who’s Who in Equine Compassion Book to be Published

To accompany this wonderful joining together of hope I want to produce a physical volume featuring the Who’s Who within equine compassion and rescue. I want YOU and YOUR ORGANIZATION to be included! I want everyone on this page to contact me and make sure your info is current so it can be included in both a physical printed hard copy book to be available on Amazon.com as well as a clickable live-linked online version.

Why?

  • Let’s show the uncaring horse abusers how many of us there are who care!
  • Let’s be an organized force on the page!
  • Let’s be made into a physical book so someone with a casual interest can see immediately and feel the subliminal heft of our power!

Be a Part of the book – Basic Listings are FREE!

This is open to individuals and organizations alike, whether you’re a registered non-profit or just a closet do gooder. Doesn’t matter. What does matter is that if you care – your tell the world in this way!
I’ve created a pledge page on www.indiegogo.com for you to get more page space in this professionally designed book. Any profits generated from pledges will go to send me to the International Equine Conference so I can blog about the proceedings and the issues right here as well as on Facebook, Youtube and Twitter.

I would love to have our rescue included in your book. We rescue all sorts of animals but started out with horses and have several in our sanctuary. It is called Seven Star Sanctuary and Rescue, inc. We are a registered 501c3 non profit charity.

I market horse-related authors, workshop facilitators and healing artists at Dreams Aloud Promotions. My horse advocacy work is both direct and indirect; I love to promote the work of rescues and wild horse advocates, offer special rates and sometimes volunteer work for them. It is my way of thanking the many “animal angels” who are on the front line making things better for our animal friends.

The Italian Horse Protection Association is a sanctuary for equines who have been subjected to mistreatment and subsequently confiscated under Law No. 189 of 2004. Here the horses live in a herd, completely free in wide spaces, in much the same environment as they would find in the wild.
Our principal aim is to help the animals to recover both physically and psychologically by creating conditions that promote their wellbeing and equilibrium.
Other important objectives are to promote a better understanding of the ethological characteristics and particular needs of equine species, to promote new laws and to denounce abuses.
The IHP is opposed to all forms of equine trade, to the use of equines in competitions, and more generally to any kind of treatment that does not respect their ethological characteristics and their dignity.
